Canon Printer Not Working

If you are a printer user there is a chance that at a certain you faced the issue where your printer is unable to print and which affects the work. Although using the printer for printing is not a rocket science in fact it is one of the easiest jobs all user is to do give the command and rest will be taken care by the system and printer itself.

But what if there is fault in the printer where the printer is not able to complete the command due to some unknown error about which user is not mindful with and this can create panic in the mind of the user. There are a lot of expert technicians sitting to help the user but there are some of the errors which don’t the requirement expert technician. Those minor error are mentioned below to help the user in the need of the hour.

 Idle Printer- If user bought the printer, but he or she is not using it to the requirement level which means there are minimum criteria to use the printer below which printer is called under use or user is not using the printer at all. The Canon Printer Setup ink will get evaporated and there will be dust particles and the user need to refill the ink and clear the dust in order to make the printer work again.

 

2.     Checking on the Paper alignment- Printer is machine but not at AI so some work needs to be done by user and one of the work is to make sure that paper which is being used in the printer is aligned correctly because if there is slightest of tilt in the paper alignment they will not go smoothly inside the printer and user will find it difficult to print so as a user make sure that the paper are aligned properly.

 

3.     Taking out the test print- If user feels like there is some kind of dust in the printer, and he or she is not sure so it is better to take out the Test printer in order to make sure that the printer is fine and it is working properly.
